Learn how to make Mugache Ladoo, a popular Indian sweet dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms Moong Dal <br />4 tbsp Ghee <br />100 gms Powdered Sugar <br />1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder <br />Almonds, chopped <br />Pistachios, chopped <br />Raisins for garnishing <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some ghee. Add the moong dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes color. <br />- Once the moong dal changes color, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down. <br />- After the moong dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder. <br />- In the same pan again heat some ghee. Add the moong dal powder and mix well for some time. <br />- Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down. <br />- Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pistachios. Mix everything well with your hands. <br />- Take some portion of the mixture and start making laddus. <br />- Garnish each laddu with a raisin. <br />- Delicious Mugache Ladoo are ready to be served.
